Shipping Information

 

l   We offer international shipping to “CHINA, HONG KONG, MACAO, SINGAPORE,MALAYSIA, THAILAND and VIETNAM”.

l   Overseas members are not eligible for full free shipping discounts,freight will be collected from SF EXPRESS, cash ondelivery.

l   Due to the cost of shipping packages for overseas air parcels,multinational refunds are complicated, we apologize that we don’t provideoverseas members return and exchange services. Pleasecarefully confirm the color and size of the order when purchasing products.Except for the goods themselves are flawed, international shipments do not acceptreturns for any reason.

l   Please be sure to check the address of the scheduled delivery beforethe order is placed to provide the delivery service. Otherwise, it may beunable to be delivered due to personal factors and the cost will be generated. Youcan use SFEXPRESS SERVICE COVERAGE or SF EXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE to check ifyour area is available.

l   If the package cannot be sent successfully due to the following reasons,and the contact cannot be contacted within 2 days, the package will beprocessed by return:

Theoriginal address or contact number is incorrectly filled

Thecontact person is unknown

Thedesignated delivery location cannot be delivered

ahq will notify you by e-mail that the returned order will becancelled, and will deduct the actual return shipping costs and the tariffs ofthe two places, and return the original order balance.

l   Overseas members are not eligiblefor full free shipping discounts, freight will be collected from SF EXPRESS, cash on delivery.

l   Delivery areas: CHINA, HONG KONG, MACAO, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, THAILAND and VIETNAM

l   Delivery times: Arrived in the local area within 3-4 days. Afterarriving at the local area, the local logistics will be delivered. However,some countries will delay the customs clearance and delivery due to the importand customs policies. The delivery time is based on the SF EXPRESSannouncement.

l   Shipping costs: Rates& Transit Time on SF EXPRESS.

l   Track & Trace: In the shippingnotification letter, the order delivery number will be indicated. You can usethis delivery number to track the delivery progress of the SF EXPRESS website.

l   Shipped with SF EXPRESS

 

Reminder

l   If you have any questions aboutshipping, you can call SF EXPRESS Customer Service Hotline.

l   SF Express will deliver anon-commercial property in a remote area of Hong Kong (referred to as aresidential use) and will be charged a surcharge of HK$30.

Defective Productor Wrong Product Returns

 

l   Defective product or wrong productexchange application must be submitted within 7 days from the receipt of thegoods and provide photo assistance.
